A few things about praline paste: it can be purchased if you don’t want to make it. Home-made praline paste is like soigné (and trans-fat-free) Nutella and is good on anything, even fingers, so double or triple the recipe at will. And the Chocolate-Hazelnut Thing only requires about 4 tablespoons, so there will be leftovers in any case.
