We all like crisps with lots of different flavours (although some of them I’m not so sure about!), but you can’t beat home-made salted crisps with no other tastes to spoil. If you’re having a dinner party and want something to go with pre-dinner drinks, then have a go at these. The parsnip crisps are brilliant, just deep-fried slices of parsnip, as easy as that! They eat well dipped in Cranberry Sauce.
