This pudding is rich, sticky and very tasty. You won’t be able to eat it too often but every now and again it’s a wonderful treat. This makes quite a large cake but it is worth the effort. It keeps brilliantly for days in the fridge and can be simply microwaved a portion at a time or as a whole pudding. To serve the pudding just pour the pecan sauce over each slice.
