This must be the easiest and quickest apple pudding there is, so if you’re ever stuck and time is running out, have a go! It’s great to eat with the toffee cream but also works really well with just pouring cream or Vanilla Ice-cream.

To speed up the glazing of the top, I use a gas gun, which works really well to caramelize sugar. However, please don’t use one of these unless you’re very familiar with them.
