It is up to you how much whisky you like to add to this dessert – I use about two measures.

  • 1 quantity Vanilla Ice-cream, made without caster sugar (vanilla pod optional)
  • 350 g (12 oz

Method

This is really easy to make. Simply mix the honey with the egg yolks from the vanilla recipe and beat them together. Follow the method, adding the whisky to taste before turning.
