You can find squid ink in a good fishmonger’s, delicatessen, or online. The addition of the ink to the dough will give it an incredibly rich, black colour and play games with your mind, making you believe the bread has been burnt to a crisp! At Morito we serve these rolls with grilled peppers, squid, and Mojo Verde or grilled leeks with anchovy and paprika butter. Delicious.
