Blue cheese, salted anchovy and jamón may sound like the strangest of combinations, but it does work, creating a flavour explosion. Blue cheese and walnuts is a classic variation, served on toast or on a chicory leaf.
Lightly toast the rolls. Rub gently with the garlic and drizzle with the olive oil. Place the jamón on each toast followed by the blue cheese and anchovies. No salt needed!
