Bloody Old-Fashioned

Another one of Paul McGough’s (see his negroni). This was born out of a desire to get people drinking bourbon, because before we put this on the list we couldn’t shift it for love nor money. It’s a twist on the classic Old-Fashioned and it’s delicious. Blood oranges have a very limited season so you can use ordinary oranges, if necessary.
