Serranitos

We are very fortunate to be able to work with a few Spanish people at Moro. We always enjoy listening to them talk about their favourite things to eat, usually cooked by their mothers. Borja Flores Barroso from Jerez told us about a tapa he enjoys around ‘feria’ – or festival time – in May. It is called a ‘serranito’ because it comes from the sierra, or mountains.
