This is a classic Lebanese dish, perfect for the barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings, tips removed
  • Tahini Sauce
  • 1 small bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves picked f

Method

In a large bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients. Add the chicken wings, making sure they are well coated, and leave to marinate for at least an hour.

A barbecue is an ideal way to cook the wings, or alternatively use a hot grill, griddle or oven (the latter at 220°C/425°F/Gas 7). Cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until the skin is golden brown and slightly charred a
