Serve these mushrooms with toast rubbed with garlic and olive oil.


  • 400 g wild mushrooms, such as chanterelles, trompettes de mort, porcini, pieds de mouton,


Prepare the mushrooms as for the recipe above and slice roughly. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan, then add the onion. Cook gently for about 10 minutes until golden and sweet, then add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
