This recipe is a variation on the classic grilled haloumi cheese. The vine leaves protect the feta from the heat of the grill and give it an interesting flavour. You can find them mainly in Greek, Turkish and Lebanese shops. We serve this with a salad of oranges (blood oranges when they are in season), parsley and olives. You will need four small wooden skewers.
