  • 300 ml apple cider
  • 200 ml


Place everything (including the vanilla pulp and pod) in a heavy-bottomed pan and bring to a rolling boil for five to ten minutes. Reduce to a simmer for another 15 minutes. Taste and add extra rum, apple juice or honey as you like.
