Wow, the power of social media cannot be understated. Nor can its absolute usefulness in being able to turn a business like Mowgli around on a dime. The omelette wrap is a very common Indian meal. I soooo needed this in my life!
I believe this is the perfect dish to make when you’re studying or on the go. The ingredients are very easy to obtain and it creates a lovely dish. Must try again!
Great moment earlier today when I realised I had all the ingredients for this for this for a quick and tasty lunch - plus I had quite a few eggs to use up! The cheddar adds a lovely richness to the Indian spices and egg. Served it with a quick mint raita.
A very tasty Indian breakfast burrito, if I can say that. Quick, used a bit more heat than indicated here, and a tomato chutney (from Brooklyn Delhi) but overall, this one goes into the rotation…
