Tamarind Treacle Ribs

This was such a well-loved dish in Mowgli, but I cannot have an infinite menu. I felt that the Mowgli Sticky Wings covered that intersection between dessert, dinner and finger food, so having two dishes achieving the same experiential end was a waste of an opportunity to introduce a new and weird dish to our clients.
