Horchata Popsicles

To avoid any rice settling in our paletas, which occurs with horchata, for this recipe we prefer to use commercial rice milk and some added cinnamon. You can always use our horchata recipe, just take note that some settling of rice particles will occur at the bottom of the popsicle mold. Either way, horchata popsicles are worth the effort.
