The most overrated of all Greek salads. Don’t get me wrong, I love horiatiki salata: it’s so refreshing on a hot summer’s day, it’s actually thirst-quenching. But I’ve never understood the appeal to eat it throughout the entire year, rather than eating whatever vegetables are actually in season.
