Whip up this simple topping in just a few minutes.

Preparation: 5 Minutes


  • 2 large handfuls (1 heaped cup) of shredded white cabbage
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • small handful of coriander (cilantro) leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 thumb-size green chilli, stem removed, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime (optional) to serve


Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and serve as a topping for Black Bean & Chicken Tostadas or add a squeeze of lime juice and season with salt to serve alongside other spicy meat dishes.
