Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sweet white miso (shiro miso)
  • 2 tablespoons mirin (rice wine)
  • 2 tablespoons yuzu juice or 1 tablespoon each lime and grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon caster (superfine) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon karashi (Japanese mustard) or ½ teaspoon hot English mustard

Method

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
