Preparation: 5 Minutes


  • large handful of coriander (cilantro) leaves and stems, washed well
  • small handful of mint leaves
  • 2 thumb-size green chillies, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons finely chopped ginger
  • juice of ½ lemon


Finely chop the herbs, then combine them in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and a pinch of salt.
