When you’re in the mood for a real winter warmer that has tons of flavour, appeals to all the family and takes very little time to get in the oven compared to traditional casseroles, you can’t go far wrong with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 12 rindless streaky bacon rashers
  • 12 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F/gas mark 6).
