Neapolitan Pizza

The classic, original pizza – nothing else comes near it in terms of simplicity and balance. These pizzas are incredibly easy to make using sachets of easy-blend yeast and only need to be left to rise and prove once. These pizzas (see the variations) are a fantastic vehicle for all sorts of toppings, but don’t be tempted to overload them or the base will become soggy.
