White Soda Bread

I have a wonderful breakfast chef working with me in the restaurant. Her name is Marie McGloine and every morning she makes this bread for our overnight guests. She’s the best baker I’ve ever seen. We do bake yeast breads too, but this is a traditional Irish white soda bread, which straight out of the oven is hard to beat.
