Cızbız is a type of meatball popular throughout Turkey. It is often cut into four and tucked with chopped onion salad into a large roll. Sold everywhere by street traders and called Köfte-Ekmek, this is the Turkish version of fast food.
Place the minced meat in a bowl, and add all the other ingredients. Knead well for 5-10 minutes, then divide into oval balls.
