  • 1 lamb’s liver
  • 1 tbsp red pepper
  • 50 g/2


Skin the liver, cut in small cubes, wash and drain thoroughly. Sprinkle on the red pepper, spread the flour on a flat dish, and coat the chopped liver on all sides. (To get rid of excess flour put the liver in a sieve and shake.) Heat the oil and fry for 2 minutes. Transfer the liver to an oven dish, sprinkle with salt and pour over ltbsp oil from the frying pan. Place in a preheated oven at 20
