Prepare the stuffing and the peppers as described on p.85. Stuff the peppers and arrange them in a pan. Pour on the water and lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and cover the pan. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat to very low and simmer for 45 minutes. Leave to cool in the pan.
Place the peppers on a serving dish, garnish with lemon slices around the edges and serve cold with watermelon.<
