  • 100 g/ oz green lentils
  • 50 ml/2

Method

Soak the lentils for a few hours, drain and put them in a pan with 500 ml/17 fl oz. cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10-20 minutes until tender; strain.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry th
