In this dish the cabbage is stuffed whole: it looks quite spectacular.
Remove the tough outer leaves of the cabbage, cut around the stalk and remove it. Discard the inner leaves to make a hollow sphere of 3–4 layers of the outer leaves. Wash the cabbage shell. Fill a large pan with water, add ltsp salt, place the cabbage in it and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Drain.
