Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft butter
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and blend thoroughly. Allow to stand at room temperature for at least two hours; then chill in the refrigerator until ready to use. This makes enough to spread two long loaves of French bread.
