  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk or light cream

Method

Blend the cream cheese with milk until fluffy and smooth. Add the salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well. Stuff into celery ribs. Garnish as desired with anchovy fillets.
