  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, halved lengthwise
  • Fresh tarragon leaves for garnish

    Method

    Mix the chopped tarragon with the mayonnaise and spread in a shallow dish. Place eggs on top and garnish with tarragon leaves.
