  • ½ pound boneless beef sirloin or eye round
  • ¼ cup imported soy sauce
  • ¼

Method

  1. Cut the beef into strips (⅛ × 1 × 3 inches).

  2. Combine the soy sauce, sherry, oil, garlic, onion and gingerroot and marinate the beef in the mixture for at least two hours.
