  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to moderate (350°F.).

  2. Arrange the fish in a shallow two-quart baking dish.

  3. Melt the butter in a small pan. Add the flour, parsley, salt, pepper and shallots and stir to blend. Gradually stir in the milk and brin
