  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Method

  1. Preheat oven to moderate (350°F.).

  2. In a saucepan melt the butter and blend in the flour. Add the milk gradually and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in the cheese, seasonings, macaroni, zucchini and salmon.
