  • 1 bay leaf, crushed
  • teaspoon

Method

  1. Combine the lemon juice, bay leaf, thyme, oil, salt and pepper to taste in a shallow pan. Add the fish and marinate for thirty minutes, turning once. Drain.

  2. Preheat broiler.
