  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • ½ cup salad oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Combine the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper to taste, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Marinate the shrimp in the mixture for four to five hours.

  2. Roll the marinated shrimp in the crumbs. Broil for five minutes on one side; turn and broil for three to five minutes on the other side.
