Method

  1. Pound the steak on both sides with the edge of a plate or with a wooden mallet.

  2. Combine the lime juice, oil, onion, salt, pepper, garlic and orégano; pour over the steak. Allow to marinate for one to two hours.

  3. Preheat broiler or prepare a bed of hot charcoal.
