Method

  1. Preheat oven to moderate (350°F.).

  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Sauté the onions in it until tender. Blend in the flour, salt, pepper and mustard. Slowly stir in the milk. Bring to a boil, stirring, and simmer for one to two minutes. Add the
