Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 bunch of red radishes

Method

  1. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, scallions and pickle into small cubes. Add the oil and parsley.

  2. Mix the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and garlic, and pour the mixture over the salad. Serve on lettuce leaves.
