  • 1 cup cooked chicken or shrimp
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise, approximately

Method

Cut the chicken or shrimp into bite-size pieces. Place in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, capers and celery. Sprinkle lemon juice and pepper to taste over the salad. Stir just to coat chicken or shrimp and blend ingredients. Serve on lettuce leaves.
