Ingredients

  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup peanut oil
  • ¾ cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    Method

    Combine the salt, paprika, pepper, tarragon, sugar and oil. Let stand for one hour. Add the grapefruit juice and lemon juice and store in the refrigerator until serving time.
