  • teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • teaspoon

Method

Combine the salt, paprika, pepper, tarragon, sugar and oil. Let stand for one hour. Add the grapefruit juice and lemon juice and store in the refrigerator until serving time.
