  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt
  • 1

Method

  1. Place the cheese, milk, salt to taste, paprika, lemon juice and garlic in the container of an electric blender. Cover and blend for ten seconds, or until well blended.

  2. Stir the green pepper, onions and radishes into the dressing. Spoon over salad greens.
