  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons minced anchovies
  • ΒΌ cup finely minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon wine vinegar
  • Β½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • β…“ cup finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Combine the ingredients in the order given. Chill thoroughly. Serve with salads of fish or shellfish.
