Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ teaspoon salt<

Method

  1. Place the garlic in a mixing bowl and add egg yolks, salt, and pepper to taste. Beat rapidly with a wire whisk or rotary beater.

  2. Gradually add the oil, while beating. Add it drop by drop at first and then in a gradually increasing amount as the mixture thickens. Chill. Serve with cooked artichokes, green beans, carrots, steamed cod or potatoes in jack
