  • 1 bottle or can (12 ounces) beer or ale
  • ¼ cup

Method

Mix all ingredients in an electric blender. Pour over butterfish, bluefish, salmon or swordfish steaks in a shallow pan. Marinate for two to three hours, stirring occasionally. Drain and smoke. Makes enough marinade for two to three pounds of fish.
