Ingredients

  • 1 bottle(¼ ounces) tomato catchup
  • ½ cup butter

Method

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. After the butter melts, simmer for five minutes and remove from the heat. Remove the lemon rind and use the sauce for basting poultry, fish or meats.
