  • 12 anchovy fillets
  • ½ cup butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Tabasco


    Chop the anchovies until they are almost a paste. Combine the paste, butter, lemon juice and Tabasco to taste. Heat thoroughly. Serve the sauce with grilled lobsters.
