  • 2 packages active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1⅓ cup

Method

  1. Sprinkle the yeast and granulated sugar on the water. Let stand for fifteen minutes.

  2. Add the butter, salt, light brown sugar, wheat flour and two cups of all-purpose flour to the yeast mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon until well blended.
