  • cups milk, scalded
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon

Method

  1. Combine the milk, sugar, salt, butter and orégano in a large bowl. Cool to lukewarm. Blend in two cups of the flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in the cheese.

  2. Place the lukewarm water in a large warm bowl. Sprinkle with yeast. Stir to dissolve. Blend in the milk mixture. Add enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead the dough on a lightly
